Remember to not just feed your baby but also yourself! Eat a balanced diet and continue to take your prenatal vitamins as hair loss can be a result of to anemia (low iron). Check in with your doctor if you are also experiencing other bodily symptoms (eg. thyroid dysfunction).
Be aware of what products you use and how you use them as they can have an effect on postpartum hair loss. Use volumizing shampoo and lighter conditioners to help minimize the look of fine or limp hair. You may also consider trying a different hairstyles, or opting for a shorter cut.
