Is there support available for my family and me during pregnancy loss?

Feelings of grief, guilt, anger, and sadness that arise can be overwhelming and challenging to navigate. When ready, it is best to seek support and counseling if needed. Your doctor or midwife will be able to refer you to local services based on your needs. Book an appointment with them after a few weeks to answer your additional questions.

Seek help from family and close friends, whether it is to support your work, older childcare, home management (food, cleaning), or shielding you from triggering questions from acquaintances.
